Wednesday night was sorta like an all girls night for Shuen & me. I say sorta coz we tagged along to Poppy with Jay & his friends and we practically amused ourselves with weird dance moves, ultra smooth music, endless supply of alcohol (which i would like to note that i had none of-blame the wisdom tooth antibiotic medication) enjoying provocative dance by 2 girls on top of an amplifier-made-stage and basically enjoying each others company.
First time in Poppy and i quite like the place with its semi-open aired and several water features around. Although if i was drunk, i dont think Poppy would be a nice place coz heaven knows how many times i'd fall into one of the many water features there.
O! I just thought of a joke/interesting fact/i dont quite know what it would be categorise as : Poppy is a 'watering hole' (place where u can drink alcohol) right? And its got water features right ? So its like they literally took the meaning of watering hole and actually have small ponds of water that can be watering holes coz its a hole with water!!! HAHAHAHA... ok i dont think anyone will find that funny but me. Spare me the weird looks, atleast i know i will never make it as a comedian.
Moving on, the family from Penang is down for the weekend. Big smiles. :)
Watched Epic Movie yesterday with the bf. Quite an interesting movie if you're looking for one of those feel good yet super lame movies. I find it really interesting how then can actually work in so many different movies to make the one. Real creativity there and im not being sarcastic about it.
