Who knew you could combine two of my fav. things in the whole wide world (shopping is not involved this time, big surprise!). Tonight, Master Chef Eileen made Guinness Pork Ribs. mmMMMmmmMMMmmm. Ok, i'll admit it. The fact that she only used half the bottle, leaving PF and i some to drink had some parts to it being my favourite dish now! :D
Apparently it doesn't look like those sold in the tai pai tong (street hawker stalls) but it still taste absolutely yummy. that and coz we had kim chi soup making it the best dinner ever!!!! :D
ok, time to get back to my essay. i can do it! 1500 words by monday is nothing!
