Sick & tired of all the bad-tasting Siew Yok in Melbourne (all except Rose Garden & Pacific House)we did the unimaginable and made our very own Siew Yok at home yesterday. Let me just say that its probably the best-tasting Siew Yok i have had in 3 months although it was a tad salty - nothing a glass of water can't fix!
