this is baddddd!

I currently have cravings for Mak Chuk/Creamy Wheat/Wheat Porridge. I thought of making it myself since there isnt any tong sui shops in Melbourne. Sadly, i cant seem to find the recipe online. :( Anyone knows how to prepare Mak Chuk?!? IWANTTOEATITNOW!!!!

OR maybe some kind soul will FEDEX some mak cuk from KTZ for me. The KTZ from SS2 also can, it doesnt have to be the original one in Kepong. Please?

Mak Chuk, Mak Chuk, where are you???

The boyfriend claims that im making him fat with all the cooking done at home. I think he is doing the more evil job by turning me into an alcoholic. Atleast my cooking is somewhat healthy!
We've been having almost a bottle of wine every night ... and im always looking foward to see how the next bottle will taste like.

How?

You need the mak chuk thingie, which is like barley but not barley.. i dont know what they're called..

and if i do remember it right, its basically that boiled with coconut milk, water, sugar and a small pinch of salt. That's what I remembered from the top of my head. More coconut milk for creamier effect? well, you can just taste it as you go i suppose.. add sugar where needed, and boil it for longer to make it thicker..

sigh, i never thought the day would come where we'd start exchanging recipes.. b4 you know it, we'll be talking about parenting stuff.. haha..

anywayz.. good luck with the recipe.. i'm not entirely sure if that's all you need, i just remembered it from a table conversation my cousins were having with my mom like 2 years ago and i wasn't really paying attention..
