man, was i fat !

So thanks to Ka Ling, i went digging for old photos since she recently added old cempakan photos on Facebook. Now, in Cempakan days i was of an average size with an average weight. So looking back of those photos were like hmm..not bad. Still quite the fit even though i skipped P.E. alot & did not do any form of exercise.

Then, flipping to my Trinity days (2004) ... MAN WAS I FAT! So like back then i thought i didnt really put on much weight. I mean the scales did say i did but in the mirror i looked alright. THAT was what i thought. How wrong i was ...

At first, it didnt seem so bad. Here is the whole CMC-Trinity College gang during Pei Ni's birthday.


Then, somehow or another, i really got FAT!

And then ,there were the clubbing days. Probably showcasing fatness at its best. I'd shoot me if i ever wore that top & had a bad Ah Lian hair like that again.


At my first nightclub in Melbourne : NextBlue. Back in the Trintiy days when gettin into the club was probably the most exciting thing. That and shacking like no ones business for hours on minimum drinks.

But thankfully, atleast the fatness didnt go to waste. We won the Theatre Sports challenge that year and although irrelevent, i think my fatness had something to do with it ! HAH!

So this post is an inspiration for me not to go down the FAT path again! Hopefully these embaressing photos will serve as a form of a reminder to NOT indulge in too much ice-creams & creamy pasta. It also serves as a warning to everyone out there that YES, YOU CAN GET FAT TOO!





p/s: pictures posted were of ones that i looked somewhat decent while FAT. There were others that couldnt make the cut as they really really showcased how fat i was. I think those really bad ones should be kept for personal viewing.
