of last minute plans

Last night was interesting. Steamboat plans cancelled due to no available places. This then lead to the discovery of Little Malaysia along Lt. Bourke St. which has seriously yummy Malaysian food. The rendang is probably one of the best that i've tasted and quite honestly, i dont really fancy rendang.

Then it was off to a very much Mao-themed bar, Double Happiness, which was just opposite the restaurant. Very cosy and excellent cocktails. Unusual names though like Big Beard Wang and Lunar March which are two drinks i highly recommend. Also the discovery of a new Vietnamese beer, Kuda.

Last minute plans to head down to Beach one last time. Turned out to be extremely pack and for once i went clubbing without clubbing. Lost yet ? Spent the whole time on the terrace just chatting and catching up with people with the in between dashes to the bar for alcohol. No time at all on the dance floor. It was sorta like going to a club to pub. Makes sense ?!?

And now, its time to get some work done. No more procrastinating. At least until 10pm when its time to go celebrate Sing's 21st at Traders Bar. :P HAPPY BIRTHDAY SING! , in advance.
