It all started when Pei Fei wanted to make his aunts signature Tasty Tofu with stuffings. That dish alone took more than 2 hours with all the dicing, mincing and folding. It was worth it coz it tasted soooo good. The sauce might have been over-heated thus forming a gelatin like look bt the most important thing was that it tasted nice!

I made 2 dishes from the mini cookbook i bought from KL. The food actually turned out all right with the prawns looking exactly like the picture. I improvised a bit on the spare ribs due the not-so-fondness-of fu yu (which is some paste thing that has a weird taste).

Pork Ribs and Potatoes in Gravy

Ok, so the ribs might have a bit too much sauce, hence being covered and all. However, it was much needed for the rice! So yummy yummy! :)
